3. Your site may NEVER include inappropriate content.
4. Your site must already be completed on a free site, such as Freewebs.com. If not, please tell us in this form, and we will make arrangements. We need to know that you have some skill in basic HTML and graphic making.
5. If you read all of the rules, please write monkey in the 'Why would you like to be hosted by Spork-Graphics?' section along with your actual answer. :)
6. You site MUST be original. NO STOLEN CONTENT IS PERMITTED.
7. If you have a current site on a free domain, etc.:
- You must submit a Site Evaluation form.
- You must have an understanding of HTML or CSS coding.
- You must have an understanding for making graphics.
